Robert Skowronski

Robert Skowronski is a seasoned A&R executive with over 2 billion Spotify streams to his name. His journey in the music industry began in the early 2000s, when he won the TV talent show Popstars, leading to his first record deal with Warner Music as a member of the band Supernatural. The group quickly rose to fame, topping both single and album charts. Following a decade-long artist career — which included working with Björn and Benny from ABBA in both Mamma Mia: The Musical and Mamma Mia: The Movie — Robert transitioned into A&R, first at EMI Music, and later as A&R Director at Warner Music.

My Söderholm is a digital marketing strategist with a sharp eye for creating standout campaigns. As the founder of the social media agency Socialminds, she developed innovative marketing strategies for major brands like Samsung, Cartoon Network, Starbucks, and Circle K, helping them cut through the noise and engage audiences effectively. Before that, she spent eight years in the TV industry as a segment producer, editor, and sponsorship manager, working on high-profile productions like Idol and Melodifestivalen.

Anderz Wrethow

Anderz Wrethov is a multi-platinum songwriter and producer with a degree from the Malmö Academy of Music. A skilled vocalist, pianist, and guitarist, he has written and produced hits for artists such as Tusse, John Lundvik, Eleni Foureira, Anis Don Demina, Klara Hammarström, Måns Zelmerlöw, Mohombi, Arash, and Marcus & Martinus, as well as Asian superstars like Arashi, Super Junior, and KAT-TUN. With over 20 million records sold and more than 2 billion Spotify streams, his music has charted across World, earning numerous gold and platinum certifications.
